Cool Clean Technologies is a US engineered-systems and CleanTech company with 25+ years behind it and products from firefighter cancer-risk reduction to biodegradable alternatives to Styrofoam. Execution was strong, but ERP, CRM, project management and HR didn’t connect, much of the data lived in PDFs and paper files, and there was no internal tech team to fix it.

Fractional data and analytics support from our founding team at Future Analytics: connecting existing systems and pulling data out of legacy documents, without overhauling anything.

A team, not a project.

Two forward deployed engineers grew to three and a product owner, with specialities in data engineering, full stack and AI engineering, working as part of Cool Clean’s business.

3 / MANAGED

A technology function.

Today the team runs an AIOS, a supplier portal and a service management portal with embedded analytics, plus a production planning tool that connects sales to production. Cool Clean owns all the code.

From an idea
to a product.

A founder came to us with an idea for a start-up and no idea how to build it. We acted as part CTO, part product owner: guiding the product vision, not just building to spec, and shaping the agile team to build it step by step.

The founder first wanted a fixed price. Working as a team instead paid off, because the product pivoted a lot, and the team pivoted with it.
